It was a very busy 2017 with a lot of activities taking place at the Digital Media Center. Lets kick things off with a recap of last year's Video Game Symposium. We held our second symposium with the illustrious Chris Taylor of Total Annihilation fame, Robin Leboe and Rick Beaton of Sessionwire, Jeff Skelton from EA, Tad Leckman from UCSC, Mike Swanson from nVidia and Henry LeBounta who has worked on countless games and movies.

2018 is looking like another outstanding year. We are planning another exciting lineup for the third LSU Video Game Symposium that will be taking place during Redstick 2018 on April 24th, 25th and 26th. We have exciting things planned this year so stay tuned. Also, we are hosting our fourth Global Game Jam on January 26th, 27th and 28th.
