LSU Ethics Inspire Awards

August 28, 2019

Louisiana State University

LSU Ethics Institute offers $1000 research awards to undergraduate and graduate students on a yearly basis. The number is open, depending on the quality of the submissions and Institute resources. The nominations for these will be due in the spring, but the hard work begins long before that.

Inspire awards are designed to honor LSU students who have engaged in exemplary ethical conduct by helping another individual or group, standing up for a cause or belief, or otherwise exhibiting extraordinary ethical leadership.

This is for students wokring on projects that contain a significant ethical component for example, digital ethics games. This is meant to be interpreted broadly and not to be confined solely to philosophical treatises. Our web site has all the details for the award nomination process LSU Ethics Inspire Award.
