The Louisiana State University School of Architecture is pleased to announce our second annual All-School Workshop, taking place February 13th through February 15th, 2020. This year’s theme, Virtual Frictions, is organized around seven workshops dealing with issues of digital fabrication and physical craft. Each workshop will involve students experimenting with different computational skills and translating those skills into physical installations to be installed around the LSU campus.

You are cordially invited to join us for the keynote lecture on February 13th and the round table and reception on February 15th. The keynote lecture is by Brandon Clifford of Matter Design and MIT. The roundtable will include seven workshop leaders who will discuss the process and outcomes of their workshop, as well as the ways that they relate to the larger question of digital craft in architecture and its relevance to the discipline. It is our pleasure to host interested faculty and students from your school at these events.

February13th | 9-11am Keynote Lecture: Brandon Clifford
Location: Student Union Atchafalaya, Room 339

February 15th | 3-6pm Roundtable & Closing Reception Location: College of Art and Design, Room 103
